Privacy Policy
Last updated June 12, 2026
1. Who we are
Omnira (“Omnira”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is an AI content generation and marketing automation platform operated by AUM Innovations Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use omnira.art and related services (the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address, and profile image, provided when you create an account or sign in (including through Google sign-in).
Content you provide: prompts, text briefs, uploaded images or reference files, brand details, and other inputs you submit to generate content.
Generated content: the images, videos, audio, captions, and campaigns the Service produces for you.
Connected social accounts: when you connect Instagram or other platforms, we receive limited profile information and the access tokens needed to publish content you create.
Payment information: when you purchase credits or subscriptions, our payment processor collects your billing details. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Usage and technical data: generations, credit transactions, API requests, device and browser information, IP address, and log data needed to operate and secure the Service.
3. How we use your information
To provide, operate, and improve the Service; to generate the content you request; to meter and bill credits; to authenticate you and keep your account secure; to prevent abuse, fraud, and policy violations; and to communicate with you about your account.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never use your content to serve third-party advertising.
4. Sign in with Google
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google solely to create and authenticate your account. We request only the basic profile and email scopes and do not access any other Google data.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Instagram and Meta connections
When you connect an Instagram account, we use Meta’s official APIs and receive your account ID, username, basic profile details, and a secure access token. We use this only to publish the content you create — either immediately when you choose “Post now” or at the times you schedule.
We do not post anything without your action or scheduling, we do not read your private messages, and we do not use your Instagram or Meta data for advertising or sell it to anyone.
Access tokens are stored encrypted. You can disconnect an account at any time in the app, which deactivates the connection and stops all publishing.
Our use of Instagram and Meta data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
6. How your content is stored
Generated outputs and uploaded references are stored in encrypted cloud object storage so you can access them in your history and asset library. Generations and account records are stored in our database.
You can delete your assets at any time. Deleted content is removed from active systems promptly and from backups within a short retention window kept for reliability and abuse prevention.
8. Data retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active, and other data for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
9. Data deletion
You may delete your generated assets and disconnect any social account at any time from within the app.
To request deletion of your entire account and associated personal data, email privacy@omnira.art from your account email with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. We will verify your request and delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
To revoke Omnira’s access to your Instagram account, disconnect it in the app or remove Omnira from your Instagram “Apps and Websites” settings; this immediately stops all access and publishing.
10. Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit, encryption of stored access tokens, signed URLs for outputs, scoped API keys, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information and will notify you of material breaches as required by law.
11. International users
The Service is operated from the United States and may be accessed globally. By using the Service, you understand your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.
12. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase credits or enter into these terms. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
13. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@omnira.art. You may also withdraw consent for connected services at any time by disconnecting them.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
15. Contact us
